Frequently asked questions
What countries do you ship to?
Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Singapore. Shipping is free to all six, with no minimum order and no surcharge for large pieces, and each is priced in its own currency. More countries will follow.
What materials do you use?
Four. Gloss metal, printed directly onto aluminium. Archival cotton rag paper, unframed. Stretched canvas on a 4 cm frame with a solid black edge. And a framed print, in a black, white or natural timber frame behind acrylic. Available sizes come from each artwork's own proportions, so they differ from one work to the next.
Can I return it?
Yes. The terms are set out in our returns policy. If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photograph through the form above.
I am an artist. How do I submit work?
Through artists.themadtag.com. You keep the copyright, you write the story that runs with the work, and you are named wherever it appears. We select rather than accept everything.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet. Every piece is made to order and ships in protective packaging. If it is a gift, tell us in the message above.
Is the art AI generated or authentic?
Every work carries a record of where it came from: who made it, when, and how the image was made. You can read it on the piece's own page. Much of the current collection is photography from NASA, ESO, SpaceX and museum collections, alongside work by artists we name. We do not list AI-generated images.
